The Auditorium has a tiered seating capacity of 300 with excellent acoustics. Using the latest touch-screen control system, it is possible to show videotapes, DVDs, data projection with access to the Internet and single-slide projection. Sound and light mixing desks provide advanced audiovisual effects on stage. In addition, meetings can be audio and video recorded. Video conferencing, webcasting and satellite link-up facilities are also available.

Where fruit once hung on vines, posters and exhibition stands can now hang in the light and airy Cloisters built against the original kitchen-garden walls. Up to 57 large posters/exhibitions can be displayed around the Cloisters, which provide the ideal space for the circulation of up to 300 delegates around the centrally located Auditorium.

Pride of place in the Hall itself is the Pompeiian room, a room decorated in classic Roman style, a rare find in the UK, and one reason why Hinxton Hall is a Grade II*-listed building. This room is ideal for drinks receptions, board meetings, etc.
