Since the opening of the magnificent Millennium Grandstand by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2000 it is now also well established as a fascinating and unique venue for a variety of conferences and events.
The facilities are extremely flexible and lend themselves to a wide variety of uses. With easy access into the Millennium Grandstand and plenty of open space inside, car displays and large item product launches can be readily accommodated.
Millenium Suite
Our principal function room, the impressive Millennium Suite, which lies on the second floor of the Millennium Grandstand and enjoys inspiring views of the world’s most historic racecourse, can readily accommodate up to 300 people theatre-style or 200 cabaret-style.

Millenium Boxes
The magnificent Millennium Boxes provide a luxurious setting for small meetings, training events, interviews, private and corporate entertaining and also serve as excellent breakout rooms when used as part of larger conferences. The Bistro
The Bistro is an excellent facility for a variety of different events. Light, airy and welcoming, it is adjoined by a large conservatory, separated by Japanese-style screens, adjacent to where the horses go out on to the track. Exhibition Hall 1
685 square metres of marble floored exhibition space with vehicular access for cars or other large display items. The Devils Dyke is a fully removable 100 seater self-service restaurant located alongside the main exhibition area. Hall 1 adjoins Hall 2 through the lift lobby. A sweeping central staircase leads from Hall 1 to Hall 3 on the first floor.

The Millennium Grandstand offers the full range of banqueting facilities which can house everything from a small, select lunch or dinner party for a dozen or less up to a full blown gala dinner or dinner dance.
