The College has the advantage of being able to offer a wide range of conference facilities, from old and beautiful historic buildings to bright, modern and stylish spaces for a variety of events. Magdalene also has an experienced Conference & Events team available to assist in planning the perfect event.
 Benson Hall
Benson Hall is used as a meeting room for up to 70 theatre style and 30 boardroom style. It is an attractive room with a minstrels' gallery and butler's observation window at the south. Outside is a pretty, paved courtyard, which is used is used to serve refreshments on sunny days.

 Cripps Court Auditorium
The Auditorium is the centrepiece of the Cripps Court development, with seating for 142 delegates; the auditorium provides a state-of-the-art conference venue with first class AV facilities. If required, presentations can also be relayed to other seminars rooms or recorded for playback later. The seating is very comfortable with each having its own built-in writing table. If required, we can also provide an AV Technician at an additional charge.

 The Hall
The 16th century College Hall located in First Court, was originally the monastic refectory. It seats up to 100 people for dining, has a small gallery and is beautifully decorated with the heraldic arms of Queen Anne. The Hall has a special atmosphere particularly as dining in the evening is by candlelight.

The College has approximately 212 bedroooms available for conference use during the vacation periods.
Within Cripps Court there are 48 quality, modern ensuite and 11 standard rooms, available for residential conferences. All are equipped with a TV point, telephone points and internet access.
The other ensuite and standard rooms are situated in the historic part of the College.

Magdalene College has an enviable reputation for providing a high standard of cuisine, we have two stunning dining rooms for either small, intimate dinners or for larger banquets plus a beautiful Gallery for informal dining.

It has its origins in the year 1428 when King Henry VI approved the establishment of a hostel on the site, for Benedictine monks. Its rich history, eclectic mix of architecture styles and riverside location make it an interesting and handsome College in which to hold an event.
"I found everyone at Magdalene to be friendly & helpful. This was one of the easiest & most laid back events that I’ve arranged at any College.
