He started his career as apprentice chef at King’s, returning as Sous Chef in 2004 after spells at both Emmanuel and Homerton. He was swiftly promoted to Head Chef, establishing an excellent reputation for fine dining. Richard said, “I am eager to share my passion for food and keen to inspire a new team to achieve the highest standards. I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.”
