Whatever your special occasion, be it your engagement, wedding, ruby anniversary, christening, or a 70^th birthday party for Aunt Maud, our unique portfolio of venues, dedicated event staff and  talented chefs will ensure the event is one to remember.

You can make an enquiry by using our online enquiry form, emailing or by calling us on +44 (0)1223 768740. You don’t need to know everything about your planned event at this stage, but the more information you do have to hand, the better chance we have of finding you the perfect venue quickly.

Chapel Weddings

Please be advised you have to be a member of a College to be married in the chapel.

Civil Ceremonies

The following Colleges have civil licences, which are available for use by non College members:

• Corpus Christi College
• Downing College
• Girton College
• Homerton College
• Jesus College
• Magdalene College
• Newnham College
• St Edmunds College
• Trinity Hall College
• Queens’ College

Dates

Most of the Colleges host wedding receptions during vacations. We recommend early booking as the venues do get booked well in advance. Just a few venues can host weddings receptions in term-time.  View term dates here.

Music

Please note that a few venues will not allow amplified music, so if you would like a disco or a band, please do tell us when you contact us. Please refer to venue details pages for further information.
