Primatology Meets Palaeoanthropology

All communications and materials received were informative and comprehensive, in terms of answering all my questions. Both email and telephone communications were prompt and pertinent. The West Lodge was most apt. It was well laid out for our buffet, and the presentation was most attractive. The catering staff in attendance were friendly and chatty, and made everyone feel immediately at ease. We were most pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, when we asked at the end if we could take away some unfinished trays of food. They were most accommodating (and we did return the trays within 24 hrs!) I would happily use the venue again, and am pleased to recommend it. My only other comment is to be especially grateful for the way that my somewhat last-minute request was dealt with urgently and efficiently. Normally, I would plan and book further in advance, but you and your staff made it seem effortless to deal with me.

All in all, I thank you for a successful event!
