Agents

We are very happy to take enquiries from agencies and most of our venues welcome such events, although a handful do not.

In some instances the venue will absorb your commission fee; in other cases the fee is added to standard rates. The policy varies from one venue to the next and so we strongly recommend that, when making your enquiry, you let us know your required commission, so that we may pass on the correct information.

You can expect a response from our venues within three working days, but they do not respond in the negative. If your enquiry is urgent and you need an answer before three days, please do let us know when you make the enquiry and we will mark the enquiry accordingly.

We do everything possible to assist all clients in successfully finding a venue in the Cambridge Colleges; if you have any thoughts on how we might improve our service, we would be very pleased to receive your comments.
