We can host residential conferences, day meetings, training days, away days, lectures, product launches, drinks receptions, award ceremonies and fine dining for any private or corporate celebration etc. With contrasting wide-open green spaces and peaceful, enclosed courts, Cambridge provides an inspirational and striking setting for any event. Each has its own personality and appeal; so whether you require a traditional room for a family celebration, academic ambience for a board meeting, or a state-of-the-art auditorium for an international conference, we can source the right location for you. Conference Cambridge is the University's official, free venue-finding service and it's our aim to find the perfect host for your event. Over 100 lecture theatres and 250 private function rooms are available for many corporate and academic events, including one day meetings, lectures and dinners. These can be held in boardroom, classroom, flat and tiered-theatre styles, with staging, exhibition space and conference offices as required. In addition, we can put you in touch with local companies providing support services. Residential conferences can be hosted in Colleges during vacation periods. Accommodation comprises comfortable student bedrooms; some have shared bathroom facilities, but many are en-suite and finished to an executive standard. During term-time, we can provide dedicated, non-academic, conference facilities, or source accommodation with local hotels. Outstanding cuisine is available to those booking private dinners and we endeavour to meet any special dietary requirements. During the summer months, you can enjoy strawberries and cream in open gardens and at Christmas, panelled, candle-lit rooms offer a unique festive feel. We build a profile of your event and circulate it to all our venues, so you don't have to contact each venue independently; those with facilities that match your requirements and availability will then contact you directly.
